Itinerary of Route 3 Days Marrakech Merzouga Sahara Desert :

  • Day 1: Marrakech – Telouat – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Boumalne Dadès (Gorges Dadés)

We start from Marrakech before 8:00 in our top class air conditioned vehicle. On our way over the Atlas Mountains we stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou for a tour of the complex. After the break we continue our journey to Ouarzazate (The Gateway of the Desert), where lunch can be taken at any cafe. After lunch our afternoon trip takes us further to the Dades valley. Here we stay to spend the night in a comfortable guest house with private rooms with bathroom, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and breakfast.

  • Day 2: Boumalne Dadès – Tinghir – Todra Gorge – Arfoud – Dunes of Merzouga

The next day after breakfast our trip takes us through the Dades valley and Todra gorge, allowing us to explore the views of this region. Lunch can be taken at any cafe on our way. Arrival at Merzouga is today’s final destination, where we meet our camels to take us to the Dunes of Erg Chebbi to our Berber desert camp. Our stay in the desert camp includes accommodation in traditional Berber tents, dinner and breakfast the next morning.

  • Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Nqob – Tamnougalte – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

The next day’s camels will take us back to Merzouga. Then we enjoy our return trip through the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate over the Atlas Mountains. We arrive at Marrakech and Route 3 Days Marrakech Merzouga Sahara Desert Thermal.
